The Downstairs customer app was carefully developed to provide users with an easy and convenient way to oversee their bookings. Our team aimed to create a seamless interface, enabling customers to effortlessly modify bookings and purchase additional services like laundry, recycling, and oven cleaning. We incorporated a notification system to keep users updated on service progress, ensuring transparency and convenience.
Downstairs / Employee App
This app serves as a comprehensive work tool for the employees at Downstairs. It displays individual work schedules, job details, task lists, and much more. By streamlining sales and administrative processes, this app significantly reduces administrative hours and provides employees with clear and easy-to-understand job descriptions.
E20 Sales App
For our Norwegian client, we did away with pen and paper in favor of a webapp. The app is used by their sales teams when out in the field. It's optimized for tablets and laptops and has a very intuitive and easy way to navigate from start to final sale.
